Therapies Introduction
In this page you will learn a bit about my main therapies. My approach is very diversified and I believe since we are all unique individuals we also deserve a unique type of therapy so each section is adapted to the individual and I apply my skills and knowledge to the fullest so you can be helped in the best possible way.
I use reflection activities (journaling), playful activities, from music, painting and much more adapted to you to meet the care of your emotions and cognitive functioning.
In each session, the therapeutic plan is adapted and unique to each person like I referred above, so I can
use different intervention techniques in order to promote greater self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-compassion and kindness towards yourself.
All of these consultations can be performed in person or online.

NeuroPsychology
In neuropsychology sessions, we take care of your cognitive difficulties while also not forgetting the emotional impact it has on each person.
In these same sessions, exercises and games are carried out to promote dormant skills and maintain working capabilities.
Just like a trip to the gym where we take care of and stimulate our physique, in these sessions
of neuropsychology, we care for and stimulate our brain.
Thus promoting greater social adjustment, preventing rapid degeneration, greater self-esteem and capacity.
In these sessions we do not forget our emotions, we promote awareness of each one, acceptance of each one and self-regulation, also using mindfulness techniques.
By promoting the brain and heart, your life will be healthier and fuller.

In psychotherapy sessions, we take a journey inside your being, while taking care of your garden, allowing it to flourish.
